A Taste of Home, Made with Nannamma’s Love

"Some of the best businesses begin with a simple feeling — missing home."

Nannamma Ruchulu began in 2024 with a heartfelt dream: to bring the authentic taste of homemade pickles to people living away from home.

When I stayed in a PG during my time in Bengaluru, I experienced how much students and working professionals miss home-cooked food, especially the traditional pickles made with love by their grandmothers. Even with busy schedules and life in a new city, the taste of home is something we always long for.

That personal experience inspired us to turn a feeling into a purpose. We started Nannamma Ruchulu to share the traditional flavours, memories, and warmth of homemade pickles with everyone who misses home.

Key Essence: Turning the longing of a Bengaluru PG into a purpose: sharing grandmother's authentic warmth.
